One of our highest priorities is the health, safety, and security of our guests, team members, and business partners. During this challenging time due to COVID-19, we seek to make each guest feel safe and secure in our hotel. Our team has created a safety protocol following the cleanliness and safety protocol developed in cooperation between Radisson Hotel Group and SGS*.

Our hotel is employing disinfection and cleaning procedures to keep guest rooms and public spaces to the highest standard of cleanliness.

  • Protective face masks are recommended in public indoor spaces in Estonia.
  • Physical distancing measures are implemented throughout the hotel. The maximum occupancy requirements established by the Government of the Republic are complied with.
  • Sanitizer dispensers are installed in a visible place on the visitors’ pathways. Antiseptics are visible at the hotel entrance, near the elevators, in the conference room, at the reception desk, at the restaurant.
  • Increased cleaning and disinfecting frequency throughout the hotel, paying attention to high-touch items.
  • Improved air circulation processes to increase air quality.
  • Clean and disinfected key cards provided upon check-in.
  • All linens are washed at a high temperature for optimal disinfection.
  • Sanitizing and disinfecting wipes available in the gym.
  • An express check-out process upon request provided to reduce contact with team members.
